[17.0] mgmtsystem_nonconformity: button "Non Conformities" in the chatter doesn't open anything #603

Describe the bug

The button "Non Conformities" in the chatter doesn't work. It's supposed to open the related Non Conformities but actually doesn't do anything.

To Reproduce

17.0:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In Runboat: open a form of whatever record having a mail chatter.
  2. Click on the button "Non Conformities" (small triangle icon on the top-right of the chatter)
  3. The button doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior The button should open the "Non Conformities".
