[12.0][MIG] base_dav: migration to 12.0 #226

oh, i just saw that the work had already be started in #141. i’m going to look at the differences and reviews there.

As you said in our PR, I think it's a good idea to iterate on this; let's merge this and get the migration to Radicale v3 completed in a next iteration.

I still believe this should use the latest version of radicale

I totally agree, and at least have it available for V14. But if this PR is a small step towards that goal, I approve 😁

Could'nt find a practial miagration guide to migrate to v3.0+ This is best I could find: https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/blob/3.0.0/NEWS.md
