Start of work to clean-up mdg. Mainly your work, I just built a notebook on top of it.

Not in a very ready state, but I think we could merge for now. What do you think?

Hey Tinka, rather than reviewing this all now, given we're going to move this to cookiecutter, shall we merge this in to pa-anticipatory-action already and then just extract the core components? Don't wanna spend much time reviewing if we are gonna completely change again soon. What do you think? If you agree, just merge and close I think!
