Here is a list of the High level query function that have been requested for the ODM2API

[ ] getSamplingFeatureInfo( ) - given a SamplingFeatureID, returns a SamplingFeature object and its list of Results (without data values). Similar to the WaterOneFlow getSiteInfo function
