Added Exception handling #170

Overview

This PR adds Exception handling to SOAP and REST Tests IPYNB to further assess the errors.

There's really no need to have me review the test notebook before merging! I'll merge now just b/c I'm here already. But please let me know via #168 what your conclusions are. I'll take a quick peek at the notebook.
