Overview

This PR addresses https://github.com/ODM2/WOFpy/issues/166#issuecomment-326414279. The Jupyter Notebook that runs some test requests to the "live" WOFpy instance on the clouds has been updated to test the latest release. The instance has also been updated to version 2.2.0.

Woo-hoo, looks like all tests are passing! Thanks for this, and for updating the live WOFpy endpoints. This completes the new release. Now I just need to send out an announcement.
