Logos - Fix page and source of logo files

Logo files have now their own repository: https://github.com/OER-WEB-TEAM/design-system--logos

Source the website logos into this repository's outputs

@kime14 let's work together soon on the logo repository as there are some mistakes in it:

• some logos are not properly trimmed (whitespace shows above the logo)
• we may need to slightly adjust the naming convention (it is very hard to parse the repository in JS at the moment)
• the [nih]-notagline contains wrong output files
• include @4 output (space on github is free, so we might as well do it)

Taken care of and wiped old configuration on website (removed logos, views, etc.)
