some minor updates on the run_with_gcm notebook #97

Here some suggestions for updating the run_with_gcm notebook. It is a combination of minor edits and some updates on links that were no longer working.

Somehow by using the notebooks it seems the "version": " gets updated. I was wondering, is there any straight forward way to exclude this info from the PR?
