Commit the latest modifications to the RCDM-ETL package In addition, the script code of Travis CI is outdated and fixed. Here are the main changes:

  1. Travis CI changed the default Linux version from 12.04 (Precise) to 14.04 (Trusty) and changed the R package source to the Trusty package list

  2. Fixed an issue where the main OHDSI package (DatabaseConnector, SqlRender, etc) failed to install because the rJava package was not specified.

  3. The ReporteRs package, which is compatible with version 3.4.4, has been removed from the CRAN and modified to receive from the github repository.

  4. NoacStudy Reflects that the name of the output file is changed to 00check.log.
