discharge_to_concept_id description points to an outdated vocabulary #294

discharge_to_concept_id description points to “Place of service” vocabulary, when in reality it should be pointing to "Visit" domain

Thanks for raising this. The convention changed indeed (although the 5.3.1 release document that the definition in RiaH is based on still mentions the place of service as domain). To keep RiaH up to date with the latest conventions is a challenge.

My proposal is to add a link in RiaH to the official OMOP CDM conventions on the github.io page.
