[Feature] Shape, Object, Layers Panel

Your idea.

I would like to propose a new feature for ONLYOFFICE based on the existing feature in Microsoft Office.

In Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint have the Selection Panel feature. The Panel lists the Objects, Shapes in a document (Word), in the current Slide (PowerPoint). With the Selection Panel we have the following utilities:

• Visual overview, full list of Objects, Shapes
• Their names, We can rename each object (Right Click)
• Their stacking order and we can change by drag & drop.
• Hide/Unhide Objects / Shapes.
• Group / Ungroup Objects / Shapes --> View / Rename Group
• We can "Lock & Unlock" each or more objects. (Objects cannot be moved, edited when locked).

In particular, the "Lock & Unlock" feature is related to a Bug, I will create and comment below.

We can name this feature more clearly, Selection Panel is not very good.
