It be useful to have some kind of flag that could be added to the URL to request for a query to be cached server-side (as opposed to caching ALL queries).
One use case for this would be when someone gets an embed code for a profile they've created which then might be viewed as a "static" profile be 1000s of users on their site (eg. on a local news site).
It could also be useful for improving some standard queries, like requesting code lists for variables or geographies.
