How samples are ordered #286

There are 3 ways we provide samples to our clients:

1-Some clients call directly to our office and request the samples they need. In this case the samples department handles the request and sends out the samples to the client.

2-Our showrooms have samples and they give them out directly to their clients.

3-Our sales reps. request samples for their clients via order track. Sales reps. have an order track account where they can log in and send a request to the samples department by email. Order track allows them to not only request samples but also specify where the sample has to be sent (their client), shipping method etc.
