F06 Mapping: tedm:PublicationProvision from confidentiality.ttl does not have a subject map #209

All SPARQL query validation queries fail, because epo:PublicationProvision is not instantiated, because the SubjectMap triples are not provided in the "main" mappings, only the related PorpoertyObject triples in the confidentiality.ttl.

BTW: Rename confidentiality.ttl to confidentiality.rml.ttl and update the "RML_Modules" sheet in the Conceptual Mappings.

This needs to be addressed in order to provide technical implementation for the conceptual mappings of fields: II.1.7, II.2.5, V.2.2, V.2.3, V.2.4, V.2.7, V.2.8. Closely related to issue #207
