reduce redundant text on Latest releases for Hyrax #58

Description

I noticed that on the Hyrax releases, for example Hyrax-1.17, some of the text is hard to read, specially the Installing the Binary instructions for downloading and building Hyrax. I noticed that this set of instructions is also on the Hyrax Build Guide. This Hyrax guide is a bit outdated (relates to the Hyrax 1.15 version) but at the very least the instructions for downloading the bes libdap binaries remain the same, as well as those for the OLFS!

I think we should remove the instructions for installing binaries from the website (text formatting does not allow code) and simple point to the Hyrax Guide as a resource.
