Dave Fulker's bio is incorrect in a key way. #61

Dave's bio says "Dr. Fulker’s pioneering efforts..." but Dave doesn't have a PhD. Also, it should probably mention that he was the first Director of the Unidata program at UCAR and lead the development of NetCDF.
