RFT plots: Enable stepping on well paths #4362

Update default selection of data when changing source well (well path). If Observed data selected: Select all data for new well If RFT data selected: Select only closest date per Observed data set If Grid data selected: Select only closest date per Observed data set + keep any curve for initial date (ref. line)
