Take user emails to send out mass mail regarding MEASUR release or other important news.

This probably looks like including a toast/modal on app start that links to an existing website or service that handles email signups. Check best practices re: unsubscribe ethics etc.

To avoid most logistical delivery issues, ethical/legal issues, we should use one of the many email marketting, bulk email services or API's. i.e. Mailchimp, sendgrid, mailgun etc. We may also need to implement a separate database that can be used to store addresses.
