No border around images #49

There is no border around images (as with Vector theme)

Is this related to linked images or non-linked images?

IIRC, it's likely a stylistic thing, although there could probably be a configuration option for this as there are borders around images by default.

Our wiki is affected as well. Using non-linked images. Using this syntax.
