However, these files are not necessary to be generated since they can be replaced by haul metadata files such as YYYY_biodata_catch_COUNTRY.xlsx instead. Therefore, the use of these haul-to-transect mapping keys should be deprecated in a future version to confer a tighter control (and transparency) on which files are being accessed for Echopop data processing.
