Update calibrate_base.py to include EA640 in backscatter size check. #1407

This patch solves my problem in https://github.com/OSOceanAcoustics/echopype/issues/1406. I am unfortunately not able to fix the problem for all supported echo sounder models since I don't have test files at hand. This fix has been tested to work with my EA640 files, and does not interfere with my EK60 or EK80 files.
