Reorganize and renamed categories #361

Summary

Remove Dining category
Remove Athletics & Rec category
Rename Events & Admin -> Events & Engagement (Includes Events + Athletics & Rec)
Rename Operations -> Admin & Operations (Includes Admin + Operations)
Rename Residence -> Residential Life (Includes Residence + Dining)

To-Do

[x] Restyle Side Menu sizing (if desired) since the removal of categories made it smaller
[x] Modify the "group" column values in the buildings table to align with the new categories
