I have it done for one more language. I pushed this PR to know if it is correct format. So is this correct format? Should I make for other languages also? I tested this on python 2 and 3 (on linux)

P.S : @Ali-Razmjoo base_64 obfuscation done by ossecsoft is in dev branch only, So should we move that to master branch?
