How to access the “Install UML components” menu in UML Designer 9.0 for Linux64? #1059

I'm trying to install SysML Designer to UML Designer 9.0 for Linux64 with http://www.umldesigner.org/ref-doc/discovery.html. But discovered the lack of "Help -> Install UML components" menu. How to access the "Install UML components" menu in UML Designer 9.0 for Linux64?

I have the same problem with Win64, not sure if it is simply outdated components/instructions, or if I am doing something else wrong. I simply downloaded the 9.0.0 version from the site (http://www.umldesigner.org/download/) and then attempted to follow the instructions at the link posted above, but I don't have that menu option either.
