Compatibility to Kirby 3.6

Hi @hdodov ,

first, thanks for your great git plugin :)

I'm working on a kirby v3.5 to v3.6 migration and the git plugin stopped working (mostly) because of the new fiber architecture. First I'm not a really experienced VueJS / Kirby-Frotend-Panel developer, so I just tried my best to make it running on v3.6 RC 4.

What I've done so far:

• fixed removed components (https://getkirby.com/releases/3.6/breaking-changes)
• changed css rules
• moved from plugin to area (https://getkirby.com/releases/3.6/fiber/areas)
• added some formatting rules
• uses kirbyup for building and watching

As far as I can tell, everything seems to work in this PR, but your feedback / testing would be helpful in many ways :)

@pstaender thanks a lot for the help! I'm going to keep this at a separate branch currently because Kirby 3.6 is not officially released yet as a stable version.
