Can I add videos to Anki using "Obsidian to Anki"? Because when I added it using Audio Formatting, it got an error like this.

same here, i got a video in .mp4 in obsidian it still uses the ![[xxx.mp4]] format, just like audio, but no luck to send to anki.

Please change the file format to webm.
