Add pdf generation to build workflow. #195

Quick demo to add pdf generation to the build_book action. This should generate a pdf, that is accessible via the action artifacts, but nowhere else. We can either download this manually or do something with it later. It is not visible from the repo main page, so folks dont get the impression that a pdf is the 'main' document.

The generated pdf can be found here. Let me know if that is sufficient for now.

@isgiddy you might want to have a look here so we can introduce this to the Salinity SOP also towards the end of the community review.

@jbusecke I think we need to revert this. Just realised that the deployment is a one sider now. Please check.

Yep, sorry for this. Ill fix it in another PR. I should have looked at the preview here 😱
