Add pdf build to github actions (2nd try) #198

This is a modification of #195, which unintentionally modified the actual website source code.

This should fix the issue, since the pdf is built after the website is uploaded. Please check that the preview looks ok before merging @soerenthomsen.

Sorry for causing this mess.

The pdf is here. It can probably use some tuning. We could build it with latex?

Most importantly though, the preview seems unaffected to me?

Thanks a lot for resubmitting the PR 2.0. Looks great to me. Also the pdf is ok for the purpose. We want the people to read the deployed jupyter book anyhow so for submission version 1.0 to the OBPS I think we are good to go! Thanks so much again!
