Changing the User registration mail templates isn't taken into effect, when SEBLOD is triggering user registration email. #757

Steps to reproduce the issue

I'm using the SEBLOD user form to register on frontend. After registration, the system automatically send the email based on the global user settings. In my scenario I have a setting to self validate, and also to send password. Using the seblod user form, after registering the correct email is being sent. However, since joomla 4 you can edit the email templates on the backend. So I edited the email template which is being sent. But the edit has no effect on the content of the email that is sent out, the original content is sent.

If I swich back to normal joomla user registration, my edited version is sent. But with SEBLOD form it doesnt take into effect the edited version of the mail template.

Expected result SEBLOD sends the edited version of the mail tempate, whenever it sends joomla system emails, like joomla user registration and activation email.

Actual result My changes doesn't apply, when I use seblod user registration.
