Add protected flag to comments #119

Initial basic support for creating + listing protected content.

Beamer, or Niko and I would need to work on the authorization pieces next, but at least the frontend can continue via just a param that's not validated

@nikooo777 also needs models generated.

We'd wait for later tonight to merge since it's the comments table..
