commentlist sometimes doesn't return comment items with sort 4, only totals #120

other sorts work. Don't see anything strange about the records. See slack for postman call

Looks like it's related to being blocked by a channel where the comments were made, so the other sorting methods probably get other comments in.

We should probably still return the blocked comments on this api signature.
