9 years ago I brought this change in manually rather than use this pull request, since I didn't want to bring in the changes that touched every line of a file.
I also made some tweaks to the Order of the Flaming Sword flag and did some minor copy editing.

Basically the idea here is to add holy orders to more religions that need them. Now the libertarians first order of our lady liberty is both a knightly order and a religious head. That's secondary though, to the other two additions.
The Midwestern Steel Brotherhood is a group of schismatics who leave the headquarters in mariposa over the issue of whether or not to accept the authority of the High Fabricator and his great factory. They come to settle in Chicago. Being a small group, most of their men are recruited locally, so while they start with a valleyean head, his successor will be rostmann. He also starts out with a salvaged firearm.
As for the Revelationists, they have the Order of the Flaming Sword, named after the blade held in the mouth of the serpentine god, used to guard the garden of Life and Death itself! They have their origins in a congregation in nashville, whipped into a frenzy by the words of a zealous preacher and are fanatics in the oldest sense of the word. They start out headed by a mastermind theologian who is also zealous.
I'm planning a gaianist one now. Sadly enatic sucession isn't possible with holy orders (I think, correct me if I am wrong), so I am going to make them a diverse bunch, pulled together from the guardians of sacred groves, screaming bezerker bands, mountain scouts and even a few syncretic cetics from the hills of Beverly themselves!
