Hello @v-prigunasek , Please find the logs

Hi @tcollinet,

I see the below error from logs and it looks like there is restriction applied in your tenant for users to create M365 groups. Please check with your tenant administrator about the M365 group creation policy settings.

Error Message from logs: IncidentDetails.tsx:2566 EOC App - CreateTeamGroup_Failed to create M365 group Error: Tenant admin has not enabled Unified Group creation.

Users should have access to create M365 groups in order to create an incident in TEOC app. Here is the documentation to create a group for users who need to create Microsoft 365 groups in the tenant. Using this group, tenant admin can provide access to specific set of users to create M365 groups and those users will be able to create incident in TEOC app as well.

Thanks for confirming. Closing this issue upon user confirmation. Here is the summary- Incident creation was failed due to the group creation restriction policy applied in the tenant, to fix the issue, we have suggested a workaround of creating a separate M365 group to manage the users who can create M365 groups thru' API in the tenant.
