@jasmarwaha , Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please open Teams in your browser, then open developer tools in your browser then launch the app and share the console logs and network trace to assist us in troubleshooting the problem. Additionally, help us with the manifest file which you zipped and uploaded to Teams Admin.

jasmarwaha commented 5 months ago

TEOC-Web-teams.microsoft.zip manifest.json

Please find the Manifest files and logs

v-ajaysahu commented 5 months ago

@jasmarwaha , Thank you for providing the manifest file. According to the manifest you've shared, there is an incorrect entry in the valid domains. It should be your application domain, which is "sickkidsteoc.azurewebsites.net".

@jasmarwaha , Have you removed the app from the Teams Admin Center? If not, please remove the app and re-upload the zip file. Afterward, you will need to wait for the app to become available in Teams.

saliraqi commented 5 months ago

I am also experiencing the same issue. Screenshot 2024-06-07 172706

saliraqi commented 5 months ago

So far the only workaround, which isn't feasible, is to log out of Teams, restart Teams, and log back into TEOC. However, the moment I refresh the page, the features listed (Search, Manage, Create new Incident) disappear. Attached is a small gif that demonstrates the issue. Animation

v-ajaysahu commented 5 months ago

@jasmarwaha , Thank you for providing the logs. It appears that the base resource name has been entered with capital letters. Could you please verify the base resource name? Here is the link for deployment guide. image

v-ajaysahu commented 5 months ago

@saliraqi , The issue you are experiencing is different from the one raised by Jasmarwaha. Please create a new issue and provide the logs so that we can investigate and share our findings with you.

jasmarwaha commented 5 months ago

Hi Ajay, It's is lowercase but now I am seeing 403. Please let me know if you would like to see manifest file. image

v-ajaysahu commented 5 months ago

@jasmarwaha , Based on our conversation it seems that the SharePoint Site Name was input incorrectly. To address this issue, kindly delete the resource group, enter the correct Site Name, and attempt the process once more.

JayPdsn commented 4 months ago

We are having the same issue. I have double checked the URLs throughout the application & everything looks correct. Did changing the SP site name fix your issue?
