@jasmarwaha , Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please open Teams in your browser, then open developer tools in your browser then launch the app and share the console logs and network trace to assist us in troubleshooting the problem. Additionally, help us with the manifest file which you zipped and uploaded to Teams Admin.

@jasmarwaha , Thank you for providing the manifest file. According to the manifest you've shared, there is an incorrect entry in the valid domains. It should be your application domain, which is "sickkidsteoc.azurewebsites.net".
Thank you Ajay. I have having issue now after updating the Manifest and creating ZIP. It is complaining "This app cannot be found"
@jasmarwaha , Have you removed the app from the Teams Admin Center? If not, please remove the app and re-upload the zip file. Afterward, you will need to wait for the app to become available in Teams.
Good Morning Ajay, As per you suggestion, I have removed it completely and re-uploded the zip file and waited for day but it is still showing the same result
@jasmarwaha , Please share the console logs, Network traces and updated Manifest file. Here are the steps to share the console logs and network trace -
Open Teams in browser
You need to Open Developer tool using F12 key or Ctrl+Shift+i or Go to Browser Menu and More Tools and then Click on Developer Tools and keep it Open
Open TEOC application and try to replicate the issue.
Click on Console from developer tool and select everything copy it and share it.
Click on Network from developer tool click on down arrow button to export the network logs.
And share the network logs.

@jasmarwaha , The zip file you shared contains an exe file. Could you please share the logs as previously requested?

I am also experiencing the same issue.
So far the only workaround, which isn't feasible, is to log out of Teams, restart Teams, and log back into TEOC. However, the moment I refresh the page, the features listed (Search, Manage, Create new Incident) disappear. Attached is a small gif that demonstrates the issue.
@jasmarwaha , Thank you for providing the logs. It appears that the base resource name has been entered with capital letters. Could you please verify the base resource name? Here is the link for deployment guide.
@saliraqi , The issue you are experiencing is different from the one raised by Jasmarwaha. Please create a new issue and provide the logs so that we can investigate and share our findings with you.
Hi Ajay, It's is lowercase but now I am seeing 403. Please let me know if you would like to see manifest file.
@jasmarwaha , It appears that your Azure App Service has stopped. Could you please verify the status of the App Service? Also share your email address and available time so that we can schedule an MS Teams Meeting with you to troubleshoot this issue.

@jasmarwaha , Based on our conversation it seems that the SharePoint Site Name was input incorrectly. To address this issue, kindly delete the resource group, enter the correct Site Name, and attempt the process once more.
We are having the same issue. I have double checked the URLs throughout the application & everything looks correct. Did changing the SP site name fix your issue?
