Last step: Teams app installed - clicking on the app says "This app cannot be found" #90

Made it all the way to the end believe it or not without problems. But after the app is installed, I click on it and get "This app cannot be found"

Hi @tcrobbins4,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you check the permission policies for custom apps in the Teams Admin Center and make sure the TEOC app is not blocked from that policy? Thanks

All allow. When I try to add the app as a channel tab, I get this window:

Hi @tcrobbins4 ,

Can you please try to add it as personal app and see it that works? If you are not able to open the app still, please replicate this behaviour in browser version of teams and share us the console logs to troubleshoot further on this issue. Thanks

Hijacking, if I can, as I'm having this same exact issue. I've loaded it as an admin and locally. It shows the same box and includes "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

(Or should I [re]open my own issue?)

I'll try the steps mentioned and report back. I have a feeling something was missed in the setup process. There were a number of steps I was not familiar with. Stand by a few days for my feedback

I learned a little more by opening it in Teams in the browser (and by clicking the Web icon in Teams desktop as well). Neither would resolve so this likely indicating something wrong in my setup. (Error was: "...server IP address could not be found"). So there's something wrong with xxxxxxx.azurewebsites.net. I screwed up the config somewhere. Now that I have a much better understanding of the configuration steps, I think I will go through the whole process again. I'm sure I mistyped something or missed a step. Stand by.
