I received a response through email from MSFT support regarding this issue. There are additional API permissions, not listed, that need to be updated. Those are included below.
Select API Permissions blade from the left hand side.
Click on Add a permission button to add permission to your app.
In the fly out, click Microsoft Graph, then select "Delegated permissions" and enter the following permissions one by one,
Click on Add Permissions to commit your changes.
Reach out to your IT admin team to grant consent for the permissions provided. If you’re an admin, click on Grant the admin Consent for .
In case if you see all these permissions are already available under “Other Permissions granted for ****” section, then please 1. Click on the ellipsis in each permission and click on “Add to configured permissions” , then click OK. Please make sure to provide admin Consent for all these new permissions once everything is moved under Configured Permissions.
After upgrading to v2 from v1 we have run into access issues. Our global admin can access the app no problem, I can access the app from 1 device only, and no one else can access the app at all. We are prompted with a message stating that we need admin consent, though it was already granted as stated in the deployment guide.
