In order for the estimation of the joint positions to work, we nee rigid bodies that are made up of markers (in jointMap: estimators).
The calculations later need access to the markers that belong to a rigid body.
Creating rigid bodies in the optical settings is not possible yet using python, so this remains a manual task. That should be clearly stated in the GUI of the script.
