This is on an old laptop. HP Elitebook 8540w. Windows 7 x64 D3D9 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjbQWeYGcYc Handheld camera because it has no ShadowPlay.
This is related to the weird fov "fix" messing with interpolated cameras right? Honestly that whole thing should be reverted, this is really bad and I'm not sure why it was changed in the first place.

Is probably it.
Looks like the same issue that I mentioned in my "EDIT" here, 5 months ago: https://github.com/OldUnreal/Unreal-testing/issues/250#issuecomment-1474901716
OpenGL is pretty much unplayable for me, in its current state. ..but like I mentioned; for some reason, D3D9 seems to be unaffected by this nasty issue (at least on my system).
Current rendering is everything but smooth. Are there new settings I need to apply to my .ini files?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syynZUTDhco Video is a ShadowPlay recording. Windows 11. xOpenGL. RTX 3070
This is on my high-end system. Stuttering is worse on low-end systems. It happens both in D3D9 as xOpenGL rendering.
