Describe the bug
When Lists of footnotes or Lists of Categories are displayed using the Footnotes block of Category block its seems that the bullets / numbers are shown outside of the container.
You can see it here - scroll to bottom. at top is category list and at the bottom is bullet list, you can see what I men by the position of the bullets.
Not a big issue when viewed on a desktop. Much more of an issue when viewed on a mobile as the numbers are truncated outside the view area, With footnotes instead of seeing 36. - all you see is the dot. Ditto with categories
