Ontology purl should be fixed #25

You have this registered for auto-builds in OBO: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ncro/prebuild/ncro.owl

But the actual URL for the ontology doesn't match this.

Your release purl should be http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ncro.owl, and you should point to the source for the release purl for the OBO build. Note you don't need to specify build information if you are taking care of your own releases.

Why should they match? I have an OWL file, I want an OBO file.

/obo/ncro.owl is a built thing itself. I don't want the OBO built off that, I want it built off what that was built off.

i.e. I am doing my own OWL builds but want to delegate building the OBO format version.

Perhaps that means I need help.
