Ethereum 2.0 Validator Health Tiers

https://crypto.omnianalytics.io/2021/05/14/tiering-and-dashboarding-eth-2-0-validator-behavior/

We'd like for encourage members of the Ethereum community to review and provide feedback on both our methodology and the results published related to our work on clustering ETH 2.0 validator behavior. In the article we outline the approach in more detail, but to derive the tiers we set thresholds based on the solution we got from analyzing an unsupervised model fit to validator statistics we tracked. This technique yielded intuitive, useful results, but there might be more rigorous ways to segment the validators. We're looking for suggestions on alternative approaches and feedback on our current approach. Included in the repo you will find a link to our article explaining the data collection process, exploration and modelling procedure.

For the purposes of the Gitcoin bounty, we'd happily accept any form of actionable feedback that includes at least brief feedback on the current approach, an explanation of an alternative approach, pseudo-code, and expected results. A write up, article, slide deck, Jupyter notebook, or anything along those lines would be acceptable.

I think I could provide some valuable feedback as I have been in the validator community for quite some time, leading to me having a strong low level understanding of how staking works beyond "money is locked away." I could do a write-up with some python demonstrations to show how you can better segment your data for a more accurate look into the health of eth 2 validators. Let me know if you have any questions, but would love to help you gain more insight from the data set you have put together, and revise your current analysis techniques
