How to make a navigation bar with variables in HTML generator #383

While reading Help Document, I find some variable for holding content, title,
css and etc. They are `%content%`, `title`, `%css%`.

The default template is in the link below.

http://code.google.com/searchframe#RrKxvxqYQuU/src/autoload/vimwiki/default.tpl&
q=%25content%25%20package:vimwiki\.googlecode\.com&sq=&ct=rc&cd=5

But, after reading the Help Document, I could not found any reference about
these variables.

Can author describe the variables, or just give some references?

PS.

In the default template, there is no navigation bar in the page. If a page is
clicked in from index page, I can return to parent of current page unless click
the browser's BACK button.

Is there any ways to make wiki pages as a hierarchy, and make a navigation bar?
