Found an error when invoking Get-SafeguardA2aPassword with either -Thumbprint or -Certificate (DevOps #425112) ErrorRecord : Exception calling "GetBytes" with "1" argument(s): "Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'chars')"

Using wrong branch. Didn't see that it was already fixed in #484 by @bnicholesdell
