Update Gradle to 8.10.2

Proposed changes

The used version from Gradle in the project is a bit older. This pull request updates the used version to 8.10.2. That release is not the newest version. Due some issues in personal projects, I don't upgrade it to the latest and we should go with the latest 8.10er version.
