Assume products are the same when startDate and geometry are the same
When a duplicate is found, the one that was last published is kept
Added test
Fix for windows paths

@jdries Does the code looks ok? This line might be the most daring; System.getProperty("os.name").toLowerCase.contains("windows")

Even tough the CI gives red, it printed this in the console:
