Equi7 support #301

EODC uses Equi7, but we can't properly encode and handle it right now. Thus EODC will add a new field equi7:proj to the assets, which value is the proj string from the list below:

Sure!

In the Canonical link, equi:proj is found per asset as discussed :smile:

It doesn't work as expected yet even after loading the Equi7 proj string, so checking with OL whether there's an issue: https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/issues/14663
