I'm interested in running this project in a Docker environment. Is there an official docker image available?

Dear Qiming, Please get our docker image using, "docker pull openqp/openqp:new". You can also take a look at our manual if required. https://github.com/Open-Quantum-Platform/openqp/wiki/OpenQP_Docker_Image
