Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows 10 changed classic notification banner behavior, instead of stacking on top of each other in "tower" mode they are shown 1 by 1 (or the last one if "requires interaction" flag is set). tl;dr you can see only one notification at once on the screen.
Describe the solution you'd like
A mod that restores classic display, when they are stacked in a row, top to bottom.
Area of issue
Taskbar, Windows Explorer
Alternatives you've considered
There is no easy alternatives because of native callback integration/implementation windows banners have with all modern browsers.
Additional context
Why do I ask here? What better place can you think of that has RE devs familiar with Window's insides?
We can discuss the price, I dont have too much experience to gauge the range. "Ugliness" of the solution does not matter much to me, but I only need THIS feature, nothing else on board (so if it is a part of open-shell package it has to be minified in some way)
