Menu Transparency Levels #1933

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Windows 11 22h2 broke the aeroglass effect of the windows aero skin of the windows 7 style menu. If you want to have transparency in the menu, you have to turn off menu glass. The only issue with that is, you cannot change the levels of transparency of the menu.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think that a box should be added to the Menu Look category in Open-Shell Menu Settings That says something along the lines of "Transparency Level" where you can input a number that changes transparency, functioning similarly to the Glass Opacity box. You would only be able to edit the "Transparency Level" box when menu glass is off.

Area of issue

Start menu

Alternatives you've considered

I have tried going into control panel (I have control panel classic personalization via winaero) and changing the color intensity since that would change how transparent gui elements are in older windows versions but that didn't work.
