Search the Internet: open in new tab? #256

When selecting "Search the Internet" and the default browser is already open, Open-Shell Menu opens a new browser window. Would it be possible to open a new tab instead, if that is the default set behavior of the browser? ("open links in new tabs")

Tested 4 browsers: Firefox, Pale Moon and IE 11 will open a new window. Edge opens a new tab.

(sorry for the editing mess, I opened this issue purely by keyboard mistake, and then went on to add an actual question/suggestion)

It seems to work correctly also in Chrome and Vivaldi (new tab is opened in existing browser window).

Search doesn't seem to work in Opera at all. New window is opened but it is empty (no search results).

This probably belongs to Bugs, not Enhancement/Feature Request.
